Frank Phillips College Groundbreaking

Congratulations to Frank Phillips College and Parkhill on the groundbreaking for the upcoming dorm. The new dorm features two-story wood framing, a safe room, a floating steel stair case, over 25,000 square feet and 100 new beds for the college.
